Easy to Use
Just wrap the cuff around your upper arm, and with just one touch of the On/Off Start button, the monitor auto inflates for quick, easy measurements. Featuring a two person Automatic Memory Feature, which means two different people can save their results, this monitor is designed for ease and comfort. An automatic memory feature allows you to capture 84 readings (42 memory readings x 2 persons) and save them to track the readings over time.

The large LCD panel shows both blood pressure readings and pulse rate simultaneously. The three-color confirming system clearly displays your blood pressure in color-coded numbers that are clear and easy to read. After use, the monitor turns off with one touch and the cuff easily rolls up and fits into the built-in cuff storage case in the main body of the device, for added convenience. The Panasonic EW3122S Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor comes with four AA Alkaline batteries which are also included. An AC adaptor and large cuff are also available as optional accessories.
How it Works
The DFT (Digital Filter Technology) uses a sensor to detect and isolate only the essential pulse oscillation, which helps eliminate other noise factors and leads to quick and reliable measurements. This also helps avoid over-tightening of the cuff. The monitor lights up if you are moving during a reading, alerting you to the fact that your reading will not proceed unless you stop moving. The automatic memory feature allows you to capture save readings for two different individuals, making it easy to keep track of your results.
The Color Confirmation System
Thanks to the color confirmation system, it’s easy to read and interpret your results. The monitor uses a three color light system to indicate if your reading falls in the hypertension, pre-hypertension or normal range. For the Systolic measurement, red indicates hypertension (over 140); yellow indicates pre-hypertension (130-139); and green indicates readings in the normal range (under 129).

I’ve had this for about two years now. My doctor asked me to go out and buy a blood pressure monitor for your arm not for your wrist. I brought it into him and he took my blood pressure the conventional way and with the Panasonic one I purchased. Both were accurate. He took down the model number and was going to recommend it other patients who were looking for one.
Very good and compact. Took it to my doctor and caliberated with the conventional pressure measuring instrument they use in the clinic. The results were exactly same. The doctor was impressed and had to buy him one for Christmas present. This is one of the best out there in the market in its category.
The Panasonic EW3122S is a very nice unit with a lot of detail, I enjoy the tech stuff so makes it more fun. I noticed right from the start that the unit is quite a bit quieter than my previous unit also the storage of the arm band is another plus. The readings seem to be quite accurate although I didn’t check it with a doctor has the previous person had. I am very pleased with this unit and would not hesitate to buy it again and the price is very reasonable. If you need one this product can’t be beat.

Very Good Pressure Monitor
Works great. Easy storage for keeping the Cuff, Self adjusting cuff which makes it more easy to use. Cuff is not that big! So had to ordered Extra Big cuff from http://www.panasonic.

I found this cuff to easy to use and seems to be accurate based on general comparisons with my BP taken at the VA. HR monitor and logging of BP readings are convenient.
